What do we do?

In our workshop we will help you pour your very own scented candle. We will help you choose two fragrance oils from our vast collection to create a custom blend for your candle.

This is not a class for training on how to start your own candle business, sorry. However, this a great way to spending quality time with family, friends, or a loved one.

You can also come to a workshop solo and enjoy making a candle for yourself or as a gift. Either way, you get to walk away with a uniquely scented candle made by you!

How much does it cost?

A $10 seat fee* is charged to book a workshop and can be booked online. Upon arrival you will purchase your container from our collection. Our containers range from $22 - $72 (as supplies are available). All remaining supplies are included upon container purchase.

How long does it take?

The average workshop takes about 35-45 minutes to finished poured candles. Then, an additional 1 hour to solidify before taking them home.

For all classes prior to 6pm, you are free to explore Lowe Mill and the many other shops and artists in our awesome space while your candle sets.

For workshops and parties that start at 6PM or later, you will have to return another day to pick them up or pay to have them delivered or shipped.

Is the workshop kid-friendly?

We recommend participants be at least 7 years old to join the workshop. Children under 12 must have an adult present to assist with handling hot liquids. Adults should also use discretion when allowing kids to handle fragrance oils, as excessive spillage may incur an additional charge. Our team will be available to provide guidance and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Wait! What if I want to book a private candle party, do you offer that?

Absolutely, we love to have people at our table. We have hosted groups of couples that want the workshop all for themselves, bachelorette parties, birthday parties, book clubs, and various corporate and group gatherings. 

Submit this Candle Party Request Form with the details of your party, and some date and time options for consideration. Once confirmed, booking seat fees of $10 per guest will be required to book your party (minimum of $80).
